YOUR DAY

As a part-time Men's Grill Server, you show your dedication by delivering first-class service to members. You support your team and managers by providing premium guest services, ensuring every member feels welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the dining area, maintaining knowledge of food and beverage offerings, accurately closing out member checks, and preparing server check-out reports. You anticipate members' needs, assist with orders, and answer questions about the menu. You foster a welcoming atmosphere while you continuously monitor the dining area and hospitality spaces, and also ensure cleanliness, safety, and code compliance. Collaborating with management, you help uphold the integrity of the facility and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.

This part-time serving position must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Split shifts (doubles) may be occasionally scheduled.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GE
• 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant and serving position - club experience is a plus
• Deep knowledge of wine, liquor, beer, food, and proper service
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs
• Capable of standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
