Austin Country Club is searching for a full-time Junior Tennis Director that can immediately contribute to the thriving tennis program. As a full-time position, it comes with benefits and a 401(k) program. The tennis program at ACC features huge participation in both adult and junior programs, and a membership that supports their teaching pros very well. This position will have earnings between $70k-$90k once established.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and run all junior programs at Austin Country Club.
• Responsible for all staffing related to junior programs, as well as all billing associated with junior programs.
• Promote, organize, and staff Junior Team Tennis each season. This includes traveling to all away JTT matches.
• Organize and run all junior events at the Club.
• Communicate effectively with parents of junior participants.
• Assist with adult clinics, and assist with adult events.
• Teach private and group lessons to members at the Club.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in teaching both juniors and adults.
• USPTA certified (Preferred)
• Must work well with an experienced, professional staff.
