Job Overview:
Austin Cleaning Crew is a home cleaning business out of Austin focused on high volume of sales and effective marketing. Our goal is to effectively drive sales, book, and operate the administrative side of a cleaning business. We are seeking independent contractors to help clean the homes that sign up for cleanings on our platform.

$25/hour with bonuses!

As an independent contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule and set your desired working hours.

ITIN number required if you're not a US Citizen. Background check required.

I need to add cleaners to this lead machine, so if you’re interested in increasing the amount of jobs you get without the scheduling, sales, or admin required, reach out!

Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Drive to and from jobs in your own vehicle

- Clean and sanitize restrooms and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment

Requirements:

-Self-insured

- Previous experience in cleaning
- Knowledge of airbnb, post-construction, or commercial cleaning techniques and floor care procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

-Experience with BookingKoala and Notion software is a big plus

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
