Seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Property Manager, with a focus on Office assets, with duties to include;
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial office properties
- Work with and directing onsite staff for operational management of the assets
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track tenant interactions and ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs or improvements as necessary
- Collaborate with staff to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance requests and adherence to property maintenance schedules
- Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
- Oversee Utilization of property management software to manage tenant records, financial transactions, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards

```Requirements```
- Proven experience in property management or a related field, with a strong understanding of real estate principles and practices including NNN, Base Year, and Gross Lease reimbursement standards
- Excellent ability to effectively communicate with employees, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of property leasing processes and best practices
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software for maintaining tenant records and tracking interactions
- Experience working with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail for maintaining accurate tenant records and property files
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring efficient property operations
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and the ability to coordinate repairs or improvements as needed

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
