The role of the Retail Sales Associate is pivotal within our creative haven, reporting to the Store Manager and, as required, collaborating with the Management Team. Your core mission as a Creative Retail Sales Associate is to deliver unparalleled customer service to our retail patrons while supporting diverse store operations. From customer engagement and retail sales to point-of-sale management, inventory handling, repair intake, and offering demonstrations on our sewing machines, you are a multifaceted driving force in our store operation.

 
This full-time sales position earns a minimum total wage of $15 per hour, and after successfully completing training and demonstrating products, most sales associates earn up to $20 per hour between their hourly rate sales commissions.
