Aurora Ripple is a business management firm looking to grow with new Client Managers for its clients. Specializing in business mentorship, we are offering entry-level Client Manager positions and will cross-train individuals into an executive management role. In this entry-level role, the Client Manager will use their experience and provided training in sales, marketing, public relations, and customer service paired with their superior organizational skills to assist the business development team in executing marketing strategies for a variety of key client accounts.

Entry Level Client Manager Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of marketing and sales strategies for each client with lead generation and promotions
• Facilitate consumer-to-brand connections by interacting with consumers on-site to answer questions and explain client product/service features
• Assist in connecting customers as qualified leads to senior sales consultants
• Perform customer follow-ups and ensure consumer satisfaction
• Assist the manager with any day-to-day administrative support as required
• Provide brilliant customer service to ensure a positive perception of the client and their services throughout every step of the sales process
• Train with management and members of the Entry Level Client Manager teams on required client operations and product knowledge

Qualifications for the Entry Level Client Manager Position:

• Associate's or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Policy, or a related field is preferred
• 1-3 years experience in customer service, sales, retail, management, or marketing
• Ability to learn and master proper business protocol and strategy
• Reliable transportation
