We are seeking a skilled and self-driven full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to enhance our ever-growing team! This person is an expert in their field, are excited every day to care for environmental well-being of our residents, and absolutely clear on how to best partner with their co-workers to deliver excellent customer service and exceptional quality care.

Work schedule: Days and early evenings, as needed, as well as weekends.

A day in the life of the Housekeeping Supervisor:

• Responsible for striving for and maintaining excellence and quality in Laundry and Housekeeping departments.
• Required to be hands-on and diligent in both Laundry and Housekeeping.
• Provides real-time feedback and coaching to department staff, as needed, to ensure continuous improvement.
• Highly organized and efficient.
• Maintains professionalism under pressure and when communicating with staff, supervisors, residents, and family members of residents.
• Will personally fill in for staffing gaps, as needed, including after business hours and on weekends.
