• Full-time practice opportunity
• $575K two-year salary floor
• $30K sign-on bonus
• 1:5 call covering two hospital sites
• Established practice with room for growth
• Approximately 15-20 patients per day
• 5 advanced practice clinicians shared between 2 sites for inpatient and outpatient
• Opportunity for medical staff committee involvement
• EPIC EMR
