Role Description: We are seeking a bilingual English-Spanish General Manager for our Gala Fresh Farms Supermarket in Baldwin, NY. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and implementing loss prevention strategies. The General Manager will maintain effective communication with customers and staff, provide exceptional service, and promote a positive shopping experience.
