Responsibilities and Duties

Principal Duties

• Take mortgage loan applications by phone and prepare effective loan proposals: Determine a consumer's needs and offer the appropriate product Provide consumers with a superior level of customer service

• Maintain compliance with Aurora Financial Code of Conduct

• Meet monthly minimum personal production goals.

Qualifications and Skills

Valid STATE NMLS licenses in at-least 3 states OR Be willing to be licensed.
