Aurora Dental is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Doylestown, PA

Dental Assistant position available to join our general dentistry practice in Doylestown, PA.

Part time Position: Tuesdays & Wednesdays 8am-5pm.

Pay rate based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental procedures
- Take x-rays
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical history
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems
- Assist with dental laboratory procedures
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols

Experience:

- X-ray certification required
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems (Open Dental) is preferred
- Knowledge of dental coding for dental procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
