Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Real Estate Investments to join our team at the corporate office in Buckhead, Atlanta. This role will be pivotal in managing our real estate assets and driving strategic initiatives to support the growth and optimization of our portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial analysis expertise and have a proven background in asset or operations management and financial / investor reporting. Professional experience underwriting real estate transactions, appraising commercial real estate or in other valuation driven roles would be preferred .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead asset management activities, including performance analysis, financial reporting, and strategic planning to optimize the value of our real estate portfolio.
  • Review financial, sales, labor and property condition reports to provide insights into management performance, financial health and capital needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive asset management activities including performance analysis, reporting, and strategic planning for our real estate portfolio.
  • Participate in the underwriting process for potential acquisitions, evaluating investment opportunities, and conducting due diligence to assess risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze and compare asset performance within the company and across the industry, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and drive profitability.
  • Evaluate labor productivity and cost effectiveness, identifying areas for optimization and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in asset management, real estate acquisitions, or related field.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and investor reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement KPIs and process improvements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality industry trends and market dynamics is preferred.
