Auria is looking to hire a BM/SRM Software Analyst to join our Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. This position will be based in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be an Analyst on the C2BMC Battle Management/Sensor Resource Management (BMSRM) product team.
In this role, you will be an Analyst on the C2BMC Battle Management/Sensor Resource Management (BMSRM) product team. You will work on a small team of developers and testers to validate performance, functionality, and the verification of requirements applicable to the BMSRM team, as well as proactively analyze test outputs to identify and report any anomalies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance is required to start.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience in a related field; 9 years’ experience in lieu of a degree.
- A proven track record of successfully applying system engineering principles to develop product solutions; must possess an understanding of systems and software engineering processes, principles, and lifecycles
- Experience with analysis of software tests for performance and functionality verification
- Ability to read and understand Java, Jenkins, and Ansible
- Ability to analyze output from complex algorithms to determine if they are operating correctly
- Ability to document findings, COAs and recommendations and present to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the missile defense domain, including engagement management, sensor management, algorithm development, etc.
- Prior experience on C2BMC or other complex command and control systems as a SW engineer or Systems Analyst
- A working knowledge of Unix/Linux
- Ability to identify bugs, coordinate resolution and SW build execution
- Demonstrated proficiency using MATLAB, Python, and/or Java to perform data analysis; ability to develop scripts and programs to assist with analysis in Java, MATLAB, Python, etc.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools
Salary Range: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level ($99,610 - $113,00).
