Their core approach entails sourcing and developing innovative investment strategies, partnering with clients in co-investment ventures, and adeptly managing chosen investments to attain desired returns. Achieving remarkable success across Japan, Singapore, and Shanghai in a lean, agile team.

We are seeking a motivated Investment Analyst to contribute to the continued growth and impact of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement asset management initiatives to enhance property value and maximize returns.
• Source and evaluate real estate investment opportunities in the Asia Pacific region with key focus on Australia.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence to assess investment feasibility.
• Develop and present investment proposals, including financial models and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to structure and negotiate deals.
• Monitor market trends, asset performance, and economic indicators to inform investment strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.

Key Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, actuarial studies, commerce, or other.
• Demonstrate 1 - 3 years of experience in investment banking, investment, corporate finance.
• Do not require real estate experience.
• Ability to build a model from scratch with strong proficiency.
• Prepared information memoranda and transaction papers.
