Job Description & Requirements
~$1400.00-$1640.00 in weekly taxable income
~$35.00/hr-$41.00/hr*
Estimate assumes an 8 hour shift. Hourly rate may change based on shift length.
~$1162.00 in non-taxable stipend*
Actual amount subject to eligibility and seasonal/annual adjustments
Physical Therapy opportunity in the Outpatient, Inpatient setting for 13 weeks. Great team and very supportive staff. Excellent pay, benefits, and bonuses are available.
This 25-bed Level 4 medical and surgical facility is located in Arizona. The community sits in the heart of the Tonto National Forest and is surrounded by some of the most amazing mountain vistas. Enjoy and explore one of Arizona hidden gems.

Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-Arizona, NPI NUMBER
