Will accept First Time Travelers? NO
Float to other clinics: NO
Patient Population: Tricare (active duty soldiers), work comp, post op, MVAL, very diverse
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.

Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-Georgia, NPI NUMBER
Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
