Physical Therapist traveler needed for home health setting surrounding the Cape Cod, MA area.
40 hours per week, 8.5 hours M-F - Unpaid half hour Lunch
Occasional weekends and Holidays
Plan to work 2 weekends in 13 wk assignment
EPIC experience preferred
Prior home visit experience required.
Be able to Eval and PT care starts as well
Bachelor of Science Degree or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Counsel on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Current PT license in Ma required.
Current BLS certification required.
Start of care as well as case management of a home based caseload of a variety of patients - up to 6 units each day
Working in the upper, mid, lower or outer cape - discussed during interview
