Looking for a dynamic OT that likes to work IP some and IRF/Rehab Unit even more; someone with a flexible attitude as it might be 3-4 weeks of IP and the rest IRF. The days would be Sunday-Thursday which would flex to Mon-Fri some as well, so that could be a little give and take on that.
This facility has a friendly, supportive group that will work with the OT; that staffs between 6-7 OT on weekdays and 1-3 on weekends. They will train thoroughly on processes and EHR.
