A Direct Care Worker will provide services, such as assisting with daily living and home services, to individuals (in the individual's home) who need assistance due to a disability and/or chronic illness. Services may include but are not limited to, light housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, bathing, shaving, positioning, dressing, and respite. Direct Care Workers are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring, professional, and respectful manner, by relevant agency policies and DDD (Department of Developmental Disabilities) standards. this position includes Transportation services as well. this will be discussed in the interview process.
Requirements:

Hours are Monday through Friday. Hours could be extended for Transportation Services
8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
8:30 am to 4 p.m.
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
9:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
6:30am to 9:30am
2:30pm to 6:30pm
