Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing and advertising to tenant screening and lease negotiations. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of property management will contribute to the success of our leasing operations.

Duties:
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Advertise available properties through various channels, including online listings, signage, and print media
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide detailed information about the features and amenities of each unit
- Screen potential tenants by conducting background checks, verifying income, and checking rental references
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Collect rent payments from tenants and manage delinquent accounts as needed
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit refunds
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and financial transactions

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of fair housing regulations and laws related to property management
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- Familiarity with lease contracts, legal administrative procedures, and property maintenance standards
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to resolve tenant disputes effectively
- Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is preferred but not required
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, data entry, and report generation
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
