Position: Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance Team Member

Compensation: Average Team Member Pay averages $16-22/hr.

Our Pay-for-Performance system is great for high achievers. The more efficient you work, the more money you will make. You will have a base pay of $16/hr PLUS performance bonuses each day! Average pay for first year Team members is $16-20/hr.

Responsibilities:

- Perform lawn mowing and maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Pull weeds and use hedge trimmer
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Operate a Truck and maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicle and work spaces

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques
- Proficiency in operating power tools and equipment
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of tree care practices, including pruning and trimming
- Familiarity with hardscape installation and maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Attention to detail for precise lawn care and groundskeeping

--Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labor

--1 Year of Landscape/Mowing Experience at a Company (Preferred)
