Job Summary: Evening Shift 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistants to join our team. As a Resident Assistant, you will provide direct care and support to our senior residents. Your role will involve assisting residents with daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and promoting their independence.

Duties:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support residents in maintaining a clean and organized living environment
- Assist with meal set up and dining assistance as necessary
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Provide direct support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Transfer residents using proper body mechanics and assistive devices as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care or a similar caregiving role is preferred
- First aid and CPR certification
- Familiarity with memory care techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members
