Real Estate Field Manager/Negotiator

Full Job Description

• Part-Time / On-Call. Depending on the performance and the eagerness to grow with the company, a Full Time position will be offered.
• Can work on a short notice.
• Will be assigned to work in the Field to check for possible houses that can be put into contract with the seller.
• Would represent the company in working directly with homeowners and identifying properties to acquire that meet our buying criteria.
• Travel required within Huntsville, AL or other parts nearby.

Responsibilities

• Taking pictures of subject properties
• Taking walkabout exterior video of subject properties and full 360 of neighborhood
• Assess condition of lead properties.
• Responsible for site negotiations
• Target and drive specific neighborhoods.
• Take smartphone or tablet and build a list of properties.
• Putting up lockboxes / bandit signs
• Opening doors for cash buyers
• Ability to estimate Rehab and to create Scope of Work
• Responsible for marketing boots on the ground
• Communicating effectively with all parties involved

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Must be a “People Person” and enjoy looking for ways to provide solutions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license & insurance.
• Must have a car.

Compensation

• $75/ house 15% commission on renegotiated price from the assignment fee.
• 7 to 8 houses a month
• Other Field Managers across other states are doing 4K-6K per month.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $6,000.00 per month
