```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership skills. The Project Manager will also interact with clients for the projects weekly.

```Responsibilities```
- Lead and manage projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Monitor project budget and resource allocation
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus
- Proficient in requirements management and scope management
- Ability to effectively manage risks and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Slack or Basecamp
