Conduct thorough research on real estate markets, including supply and demand dynamics, rental trends, vacancy rates, and macroeconomic factors impacting the industry.
Analyze financial statements, property valuations, and investment metrics to assess the potential risks and returns of real estate equity investments.
Develop financial models to forecast cash flows, perform sensitivity analysis, and evaluate investment performance under various scenarios.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field. Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
