Job Description: As a Real Estate Equity Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis and research on various real estate investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on real estate markets, including supply and demand dynamics, rental trends, vacancy rates, and macroeconomic factors impacting the industry.
• Analyze financial statements, property valuations, and investment metrics to assess the potential risks and returns of real estate equity investments.
• Develop financial models to forecast cash flows, perform sensitivity analysis, and evaluate investment performance under various scenarios.

Qualifications
