Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Investment Banking Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, a deep understanding of ESG principles and practices, and a passion for sustainable investing. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in advising clients on ESG-related strategies, transactions, and investments, while also contributing to the development of innovative solutions that integrate ESG considerations into traditional investment banking services.
Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices to identify opportunities and risks for clients.
• Collaborate with deal teams to integrate ESG considerations into mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other investment banking transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and financial models for client meetings and transactions.
• Engage with clients to understand their ESG goals and develop tailored strategies to meet their needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, corporate executives, and industry experts.
• Stay informed about emerging ESG frameworks, ratings methodologies, and disclosure standards to provide timely advice and guidance to clients.
• Support the firm's thought leadership initiatives by contributing to research reports, white papers, and industry publications on ESG topics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or ESG-related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Deep understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, and metrics, with the ability to apply them in a corporate finance context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
