We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager/Human Resources Recruiter who will be a critical member of our team. The ideal candidate will be an individual who has a strong background in HR and Office Management, a high level of emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, salaried position with paid holidays and 2 weeks paid time off. We do not have a health care package to offer at this time. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all employee and office records
  • Organize and manage company events
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the leadership team, including document creation and editing, email management, and appointment scheduling
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Maintain organization and supplies in the office
  • Produce and distribute the staff monthly newsletter
  • Write and send employee birthday and sympathy cards
  • Take notes in client walkthroughs
  • Manage social media and marketing activities

Qualifications:

  • Must Have Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Must Have Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in an HR generalist or office management role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, analytical, and problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws is helpful
  • Ability to build rapport with employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
