Join Our Team as a Customer-Oriented Bi-Lingual Call Attendant!
Are you skilled in customer service and adept at managing high call volumes with professionalism and grace? We're looking for a Call Attendant to join our team, where you'll be the friendly voice our callers rely on for assistance.
Responsibilities :
Professionally answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring each caller receives courteous and accurate assistance.
Greet callers warmly, providing them with the information or assistance they need.
Efficiently transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Take detailed messages and relay them promptly to the relevant staff members.
Maintain a comprehensive log of incoming calls and messages.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, as required.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role, such as a call attendant or receptionist, is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Proficiency in using telephone systems and basic office equipment.
Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic computer skills, including email and Internet browsing.
Schedule :
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Typical hours may include weekdays, with occasional weekend or evening shifts based on business needs.
