Saturdays are required.

Job responsibilties:

• Greets prospective residents, builds rapport, and qualifies in a manner consistent with the image of the property
• Becomes a better and better closer by understanding the residents need-and the need behind the need
• Tracks and reports all lease data promptly and accurately
• Works as a team with maintenance department so that resident needs get handled properly
• Keeps a constant eye on how we function, how our competitors function, and what’s happening in the market in order to sharpen our competitive edge
• Work cooperatively and effectively with others, able to function in a team environment
• Answer phones in a courteous, polite and efficient manner, according to policy
• Other duties as assigned
