**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated maintenance tech who will do light maintenance duties as well as various cleaning assignments in our condominium complex in Clearwater. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at our facilities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and other common areas
- Complete routine maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, etc
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
**Skills:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience with logic controllers and electrical systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Ability to read schematics
- Experience in supervising cleaning staff is a plus
- Fabrication skills are desirable for maintenance tasks
