Job Position: Personal Care Assistant/Floater with Flexible Hours in Brooklyn Park (Part Time Position)

Reliable transportation or accommodations.
Pass DHS Background Study.
Be dependable and on time for all assignments ready to work.

Job Details:

Job Type: Part-Time.
Salary: $15.00-15.25
Availability: JOB STARTS IMMEDIATELY.
This job is located: FLOATER- Several different job locations.
To work one-on-one alongside nurses to help clients in a group home setting.
A permanent position is available.
This is a group home setting-3-4 clients in a home.
These Clients are full care clients who need help with all of their daily ADLs such as bathing, toileting, meal prep, dressing, grooming, positioning, transfers, laundry, and light housekeeping. You must be comfortable with providing those cares.

PCA flexible shift options:

(Day Shift 9 am-4 pm).
(Weekends 9 am- 4 pm

Hiring for the following schedule:

Monday-Friday 9 am-4 pm & Every Other Weekend 9 pm-4 pm.

Office Hours: (Temporary COVID-19 hours are as follows

Monday - Thursday 8:30 am-2:30 pm
Friday 8:30 am-12:00 pm.

Required Documents:

Driver's License/State Issued I.D./Passport/Resident Card (Required).
Social Security Card (Required).
3 Professional References. (Required).
If completed: Online Personal Care Assistant Training, MDHS. (PCA Certificate) (Required).
Any other applicable Training Certificates of Completion. (Not Required).
May be required to do fingerprinting. (May not be required).
May be required to take a TB test. (May not be required).
May need to show proof of auto insurance. (May not be required).
