Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Audio-Visual Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of sales success in the audio-visual industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with general contractor clients, understanding their clients audio-visual needs, and working with our team to recommend customized solutions to enhance their projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling to expand the client base.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with prospective clients to understand their audio-visual requirements and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate our range of audio-visual products and solutions to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals and quotes tailored to the specific needs and budget of each client.
• Collaborate with our design and installation teams to develop customized solutions that meet client specifications and exceed expectations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services, address any concerns or issues, and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and technology advancements to effectively educate clients and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the audio-visual or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of audio-visual systems, home automation, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Google G Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
