Our growing business is looking for a People Operations Coordinator who can support the People Operations team with administrative, office management and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. If you are a deadline-driven professional with a strong work ethic and a background in office administration, we want to hear from you. 

You must have reliable transportation and live local to our office in Marina Del Rey, California.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling for Executive, People Operations and Recruitment departments (company-wide, one-on-one, external talent, etc.)
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as compliance, onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain stock levels for office and kitchen supplies/equipment and submit purchase requests to management when necessary
  • Support coordination and execution for company social and culture events, typically during business hours and sometimes after hours
  • Coordinate building maintenance staff and service vendors
  • Manage weekly company catering with various vendors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain various office records, including records of all office expenses
  • Assist People Operations with administering and refine office policies and procedures
  • Ensure office tidiness, when needed
  • Run errands outside of office, as needed
  • Participate in ad hoc projects
Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2 years’ experience in office or HR administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Mac and Windows (Required programs include Powerpoint, Keynote, Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
