Responsibilities:

· Establish recommended sales and profit objectives

· Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers

· Interact (TO) Customers regularly & buy inventory daily

· Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively

· Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales

· Interact with all other Departments to realize customer satisfaction goals

· Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor the performance of all vehicle sales employees

· Supervise the efforts of staff to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership

· Monitor and analyze staffs performances

· Assist staff with helping clients

· Communicate with staff to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed

· Maintain a timely owner follow-up system via the CRM

Requirements

· Previous Automotive Sales Manager Experience is REQUIRED

· Integrity, A Positive Attitude And A Strong Work Ethic Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
