Audi of Stratham, an International Cars Company, (ICL) is seeking a part-time motivated, enthusiastic Office Assistant / File Clerk that has the desire to learn all aspects of the automotive office!

ICL is employee owned and proud of our dealerships : Honda North in Danvers MA, Dover Honda & Dover Chevrolet in Dover NH, and also Porsche of Stratham, Audi of Stratham and Honda Stratham in Stratham NH.

What we offer :

Responsibilities :

• General office duties to include filing, scanning office documents in computer system and ordering supplies.
• Answer incoming calls, transfer to appropriate department.
• Cross train to help cover deal clerk and title clerk when absent.
• Prepare title applications for NH and ME.
• Assist title clerk with title inquires and troubleshooting title problems.
• Actively participate in employee engagement activities. This may include coordinating events, creating flyers, emails, shopping for supplies, etc.

Requirements :

• Must be flexible, dependable and able to work approximately 15-20 hours per week, more hours may be available on an as needed basis.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic understanding of Accounting principles.
• Must be available the first three business days of each month for end of month processing.
• Ability to interact and engage with co-workers.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
