Duties

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose causes of any malfunction and perform repair
• Ability to handle a busy work environment
• Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts
• Document work performed
• Attend factory- sponsored training classes
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Basic and Major Maintenance Service

Requirements

• European Make Experience (Volkswagen, BMW, Audi)
• Good Driving Record
• Customer service focused
• Focused on fixing repairs right the first time
• Ability to apply logical thinking and decision making based on procedures and guidelines supplied in the various task assignments
• Skill to perform numerous tasks as requested
• Basic computer skills

Experience

• Luxury High End technician experience
• 2 years of automotive experience required
• Prior service shop experience is a must.
• ASE certified is a plus
• Audi, VW, Mercedes, BMW experience is a plus
