Auden is Hiring a FOH - Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Service Assistants Near Houston, TX

Nitecap Hospitality is seeking talented, passionate, and motivated hospitality professionals with casual to fine dining experience to join our team at Auden in the new Autry Park development. Auden is a chef driven new american bistro concept that opened its doors in late October 2023. As business grows we are looking to expand our team. Each and every employee will be a crucial part of our team, who prepare, cook, plate/serve dishes and libations, assist in organizing ingredients & inventory, help keep the kitchen pristine for service, and provide a healthy and warm atmosphere.

What We Offer:

Great earning potential: Competitive wages and consistent schedules

Hourly average $22-$32/hr and growing daily!

Servers - $3-4/hr Tips

Bartenders - $4-$5/hr Tips

Service Assistants - $10-$12/hr Tips

Hosts - $14-$18/hr Tips

BOH: $14-$18/hr

BOH: Sous chefs, Chef de Partie, Commis cooks, Porters-custodians, Dishwashers, Pastry sous, Pastry cooks.

FOH: Hosts, Bartenders, Barbacks, Servers (wine experience), Service Assistants.
