We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and computer skills. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and sales management team to ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns and promotions.

What you'll do:

• Assist Account Executives in preparing proposals to meet client needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and promotions.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to support the sales team.
• Perform general administrative duties such as document scanning, order entry, and report development.
• Utilize SalesForce proficiently to update client information and sales activities

Required & Preferred:

• Detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and computer skills.
• Energetic and efficient with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities and capable of handling multiple duties simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.
• Experience with executing multi-tactic digital marketing campaigns
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the media or advertising industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and SalesForce CRM
• Preferred experience with Wide Orbit Traffic
