Audacy, Inc. is Hiring a Regional Promotions Manager - Live Nation PNW Near Seattle, WA

Overview

Overview:

  • Audacy is seeking an organized, detail oriented and outgoing professional to support our promotions team in the Northwest Region (Seattle & Portland). This is a full-time position based in Seattle and will report to the Director of Marketing for both Seattle and Portland markets. This role manages all Live Nation sales promotions related activity in the region, including but not limited to the following formats: Sports, Country, Hot AC, Rhythmic, Soft AC, Active Rock & Alternative.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Executes all sales promotion related activity in both markets in regards to our partnership with Live Nation.
  • Support the promotion process from request for proposal to execution of sales promotion programs, such as but not limited to on-air promotions, events, contests, and communicating them to additional departments, sales teams, and clients
  • Collaborate on the maintenance of the regional contest calendar and coordinate with the PNW regional marketing & promotions team.
  • Execution of sales event itineraries and communicating them to air talent, account executives and street team
  • Assist with sales contesting support directed by Regional Contesting Manager
  • Develop best in class recaps for Live Nation, highlighting best practice standards
  • Brainstorm sales promotion opportunities with programming and sales
  • Partner with Regional Contesting team members on execution of contests on behalf of Audacy for Live Nation
  • Follow all legal requirements for regional sales promotions, with support from legal
  • Write copy for on-air promotion vessels and website postings for client promotions
  • Review all sales promotions to ensure they accurately reflect brand image & positioning
  • Coordinate, manage and execute onsite concert activations on behalf of programming and promotions
  • Occasional night and/or weekend work
  • Other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position
  • Experience working in fast paced environments and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of promotion software, including but not limited to Aptivada (web contesting and user-generated content engine) and PromoSuite (promotion management software)
  • Graphics experience is a plus (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
  • A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance is required
  • Capable and willing to drive a large station vehicle (ie: Passenger Van)

Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Three years’ or more in a similar role in the media industry of managing special events is preferred. Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office are required as well as strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to detail, meet deadlines and possess excellent time management skills. Exceptional communication skills required and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred and/or equivalent experience and training.

Required & Preferred:

 A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.

Additional Information

Pay Transparency: The anticipated starting salary range for California based individuals expressing interest in this position is $35,000.00/yr to $45,000.00/yr Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
