About the Team

Our Information Technology Team is instrumental in developing and maintaining tooling for key applications such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Shopify, Hubspot, Tray.io, and other internal tools. We are currently seeking a talented Web Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a technology generalist passionate about building solutions across a broad range of technologies, including PHP, Python, JavaScript, and innovative tools like ChatGPT and Zapier.

What will you be doing?

• Collaborate with various teams to design and oversee the implementation of cross-platform integrations with 3rd party systems.
• Proactively identify and execute operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations.
• Develop and maintain tooling applications that integrate with various platforms.
• Take full ownership of custom web apps, overseeing them from inception to deployment.
• Gather and document technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Utilize technology to automate processes and improve efficiency across departments.

What are we looking for?:

• 3 years of experience in web application development using JavaScript/Vue/React, PHP/Laravel, or comparable technology stacks.
• Broad knowledge of web application development and current technological trends.
• Excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

What will make you stand out?:

• Knowledge of CRM and customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Hubspot is highly desirable.
• Strong design and architectural instincts, capable of creating scalable and maintainable solutions.
