We are looking to fill customer service sales positions asap. We are offering immediate work from home with set schedules that allow for work /life balance.

You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and creating work orders for appliance repairs. You will be checking documents for plan coverage details and calling contractors to verify information. Additionally, you will be required to offer customers upgrades to their plan so that the plan best meets their needs.

We are looking for some one that isn't afraid to upsell as you will have to upsell to add additional coverages to their current plans. Good computer skills are a must as you will have to be able to navigate through multiple screens while talking to the customer.

Job Requirements for work from home include the following:

• 6 months of either previous call center experience or remote WFH experience
• Live within 90 minutes of our local facility
• Ability to connect to High-Speed Internet at your primary residence.
• Able to connect directly to router with Ethernet cable.
• Must have a dedicated work space during working hours free of outside noise and distraction
• Minimum network speed of:
• 25 Mbps download speed
• 10 Mbps upload speed
• High School diploma or GED equivalency
• Must be able to pass a background check
