The Harbert College of Business (HCOB) is migrating from an older Salesforce implementation to a new Salesforce Academic Architecture. Students in this position will be required to complete FERPA training, which will be provided. Students in this position will be provided with base-level Salesforce training. The project is expected to end approximately May 1, 2024.

The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Identify unused, frequently used, and critical objects (dashboards, reports, etc.).
• Resolve table and item name differences that interfere with the migration.
• Identify and design new objects.
• Perform quality assurance tasks that ensure automated processes are correct.
• Identify personally identifiable information (PII) that must be handled securely.
• Identify and clean erroneous data.
• Utilize online resources to create solutions to problems

Currently enrolled as an Auburn University student.

Expectations:
Knowledgeable of relational database structures and be familiar with data types.
