The Alabama Cooperative Extension System (ACES), is looking for an undergraduate student worker. This position will be working mainly with the Master Gardner and Master Naturalist programs.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Support use of WordPress on local volunteer pages
• Monitor MG Helpline message volume
• Communicate with local Helpline Leaders weekly
• Familiarize with schedule of who is working what day and report observations to supervisor and discuss solutions as needed.
• Help with Extension Master Gardener and Master Naturalist Intern training registrations/emails
• Filing registrations, and ensuring communications with everyone involved.
• Monitor and contribute to class discussions in Canvas
• Prepare and mail packages

Currently enrolled as an Auburn University undergraduate student
