Job Summary | Research and Instruction Services of Auburn University Libraries is responsible for providing research services for all fields of undergraduate and graduate studies, and programs of research, service, and outreach at Auburn. Essential Functions | The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the RBD Library faculty and staff in providing instructional services and assistance to patrons at the RBD Library's 2nd floor Help Desk. This includes providing reference, technology, and other information services as appropriate to patrons. Such services include:

Minimum Qualifications | Applicants should be students who are currently enrolled in a graduate program of study at Auburn University Expectations:

Preferred Qualifications | Preference is given to applicants with strong teaching skills, computer skills, and an academic background in areas that complement the educational qualifications and subject expertise of our current Research & Instruction Librarians. |
Pay Rate | $15.00/hour |
Work Hours | The requirement of 20 hours per week includes a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend hours. Graduate students are also expected to work through academic breaks during open hours of the Libraries. |
