Job Summary | Auburn University Campus Safety and Security seeks candidates for the position of Clery Compliance Specialist! This position is responsible for evaluations, analysis, and administrative support for the Clery Act compliance program. This individual facilitates institutional responsibilities for and oversight of compliance with federal regulatory requirements, state laws, and institutional policies and procedures. Coordinates the preparation and publication of reports and records, ensuring requirements are met and that all information is accurate. Provides training and guidance to others on campus. Assists with development and implementation of policies, programs, and activities that ensure the institution's overall compliance with the Clery Act and associated regulations. Assigns and coordinates groups of employees to achieve plans of action and recommendations to meet compliance and applicable accreditation standards. Essential Functions |

Minimum Qualifications | Degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Sociology, Business Administration, Higher Education, Law or relevant field. Level II- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in coordinating a compliance program, data gathering, analysis, law enforcement, and training. Level III- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience in coordinating a compliance program, data gathering, analysis, law enforcement, and training. |
