Auburn Collision Center is looking for an Estimator. The right candidate must have strong communication skills, detail oriented, dependable, with excellent organization skills. We provide an aggressive pay plan with health benefits, FREE college tuition, company car, 401(k) and vacation benefits. Must have a valid drivers license, enjoy working in a drug free environment with our long-term customer base. Excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Obtains customer and vehicle information
- Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Effective communication with insurance adjusters
- Monitors the progress of each vehicle, updating customers frequently
- Verifies that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
- Explains all completed work and charges to customers
- Prompt and accurate submission to insurance companies for payment
- Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Maintain a professional appearance.
