The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting financial decision-making processes as well as generally supporting the home office finance team. This role will act as an internal consultant to various departments to support the operations of Auberge Resorts Collection through ongoing analysis and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating, analyzing and interpreting data to improve processes, cost models, forecasts and revenue opportunities. This individual will lead and support home office and property leaders with comprehensive reporting and guidance to improve overall results and growth, including by supporting the control process and data integrity.

Conducts in-depth analysis of financial statements, market trends, and economic data to assess, benchmark and identify areas for improvement
Internal Controls and Reviews: Supports Senior Director of Internal Controls with desk and property internal audits and tracking of internal controls reviews
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assists with budget and forecasting reporting, analysis and benchmarking
Financial Modeling: Builds and maintains financial models for properties and/or the management company
Reporting: Prepares clear and concise financial reports and presentations for home office leadership, property leadership, and owners
Recommendations: Provides actionable recommendations to optimize financial strategies, cost reduction initiatives, and investment decisions
Communication: Effectively communicates complex financial information to non-financial team members and stakeholders, promoting financial literacy across the organization
Prepares proposals, reports, and presentations for review by senior executives
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, Hotel Management highly preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operational finance or financial planning and analysis
Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis, including expertise in developing spreadsheets, benchmarking, and forward looking forecasts
Understands the lodging industry and relevant metrics; has familiarity with hotel operations and processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (strong proficiency with Excel)
Well-developed time management/multitasking and organizational skills
Takes a guest service-oriented approach to responding to requests and questions
Possesses the highest levels of integrity and ethical judgment
