Position Overview:

As a Mailroom Processor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mailroom services. You will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages, as well as processing outgoing mail efficiently. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and sort incoming mail and packages accurately and efficiently.

Process outgoing mail, including preparing, metering, and scheduling shipments.

Maintain organized records and documentation related to mailroom activities.

Monitor and replenish mailroom supplies as needed.

Assist with special mailroom projects and tasks as assigned.

Distribute mail and packages to appropriate recipients in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a mailroom or similar environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and mail processing equipment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
