Job Description: RCM IT is part of Global Markets, providing functions for Repo Trading, Liquidity, Margin and collateral globally. We are offering the role of Senior Java Developer/Technical Lead in executing critical RCM IT technology initiatives with opportunity to influence technology architecture for the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Technical delivery related to Repo, Collateral & Margin platforms for Business initiatives and Front to Back Programs

• Formulate and execute strategy to mitigate/ eliminate end of life technical stack (Components and Dependencies)

• Consolidate & standardize technical components supporting business processes (e.g. Margin Issuance, Disputes, Settlements)

• Senior Developer with a strong focus on delivery – Impact analysis, Design, Hands on development, and implementation

• Exposure to various design patterns, best practices and problem solving skills

• Performance tuning

• Strong controls/compliance culture

• Must have skills

• Java 8

• EJB architecture

• Deep understanding of RMI, Object serialization and storage, inter –process communication, Java internals and low level programming

• Weblogic / Websphere experience

• Spring framework

• Eclipselink/Any ORM technology

• EXT JS 4.1.3

• Oracle/RDBMS

• Linux

• Agile Development

• IBM MQ/Any other messaging platform

• Nice to have skills

• Mongo

• Cloud base application development

• Internal Credit Suisse Platform like JAP

• Understanding of Margin call processing

• Informatica
