POSITION SUMMARY:

The Multimedia Designer should have experience providing best-in-class design that adheres to brand guidelines and supports business requirements. This individual should have experience in graphic design, front-end web development, video post-production editing, marketing automation and will work within a collaborative team environment to produce comprehensive and impactful marketing materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide digital marketing, web and creative expertise that exhibits knowledge of technical applications, current trends and collaborates on initiatives that positively impact the brand and increase effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Execute creative production support of marketing initiatives, product campaigns and events including but not limited to images, video, diagrams, trade show graphics, external HTML emails, white papers, webinars, blogs, solution briefs, press releases, training sessions, web presence and miscellaneous collateral
• Successfully support the design, development and maintenance of internal communications including ATX intranet and Outlook-friendly templated email communications, ensuring that content provided meets brand requirements, supports business practices and encourages employee engagement
• Adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and progressiveness that supports and strengthens the ATX brand to ensure that it continues to fully reflect the innovative and dynamic nature of our business

QUALIFICATIONS:

The following criteria are the minimum qualifications required for this position:

• 3-5 years of multi-disciplinary experience in graphic design, front-end web development and video post-production editing
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat Pro
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• HTML skills, CSS, and Bootstrap including the ability to troubleshoot raw code if needed
• Experience with marketing automation, preferably Salesforce integrated platform Pardot or comparable tool
• Intermediate video and motion graphics experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving ability; ability to interpret data to refine deliverables, provide metrics for evaluation of ROI
• Proficiency in user-centric design principles and online marketing best practices that lead to conversions
• Possess a strong sense of design principles, typography, composition and conceptual thinking
• Able to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and across all levels of the organization, especially with company leadership/executives
• Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills
• Organized with solid project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities (projects, deadlines, etc.)

SUPERVISION:

This position does not directly supervise staff.

FINANCIAL:

This position does not have financial management responsibilities.

TRAVEL:

Up to 10% domestic/international travel and valid passport required.
